Introduce your business, products and services to members in the TGC group or community space specifically authorised for you.
Two approval cycles a month
TGC reviews promotional content on the 1st and the 15th of every month.
Post on Wednesdays & Sundays
Once approved, share one promotional post on each permitted day during designated posting windows — Wednesdays (6:00 AM to 10:00 AM) and Sundays (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM). Other days need prior written approval.
Clear, honest format
Every post starts with “PROMOTIONAL POST | TGC Member No. ___” and states brand, offer, price, location, contact and validity — up to 2 images or a video link.
Educational content welcome
Share community-focused and educational posts too. Anything with pricing, an offer, business contact details, a booking link, product/service promotion or sales language counts as a promotional post.
Trust of the community
Promotions stay useful and trustworthy: truthful, respectful, lawful — with extra checks for sensitive categories like health, finance and education.

Your Promotional Membership in one TGC group does not give you permission to post in other TGC groups.
WHAT CAN YOU PROMOTE?
You can promote:
Educational and community-focused content may also be shared.
However, if the content contains pricing, an offer, business contact details, a booking link, product/service promotion or sales language, it is treated as promotional content and promotional rules apply.
WHAT SHOULD YOUR POST INCLUDE?
Every promotional post should begin with:

Some businesses may require additional information, documents, disclaimers or approvals.

Direct Customer Relationship
Any transaction between you and a customer is strictly between you and the customer. TGC/LBB is not a party to that transaction.
TGC APPROVAL ≠ TGC ENDORSEMENT
When TGC approves a promotional post, it means the content has been approved for posting within the authorised community space.
It does not mean TGC has:
TGC does not promise leads, enquiries, customers, revenue, reach or engagement.
RESPECT THE CIRCLE
TGC member information is confidential.
It must not be used to build marketing databases, send unsolicited bulk messages, add members to WhatsApp groups or mailing lists, sell/share contact details or contact members outside the approved promotional process without clear consent.
AFTER YOUR PROMOTION IS APPROVED
Please post exactly what TGC approved.
If you change any approved elements:
The revised version must be approved again before posting.

Be clear
Tell people what you offer, the price, validity and important conditions.
Be honest
Use genuine testimonials, genuine offers and accurate information.
Be respectful
Keep your content inclusive and appropriate for a diverse community.
Be responsible
Promote only businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
Use content you have permission to use
Get permission for photographs, videos, trademarks and copyrighted material belonging to others.
Follow the rules
Make sure your promotion complies with applicable laws and requirements.

Prohibited behaviors to protect community integrity
Don't promote hate or discrimination
No racist, caste-based, communal, discriminatory, dehumanising or hateful content.
Don't use TGC for political campaigning
No political party promotion, election campaigning, requests for votes, political fundraising, propaganda, candidate promotion/attacks or campaign material.
Don't provoke religious or communal conflict
No attacks on religions or communities, religious hatred, exclusion or incitement.
Don't threaten, harass or abuse
No threats, bullying, intimidation, abusive language or calls for violence.
Don't post obscene or sexually explicit promotions
Content prohibited by applicable law or inappropriate for the community.
Don't promote illegal or harmful activities
No scams, prohibited substances, counterfeit goods or unlawful services.
Don't mislead
No fake testimonials, false discounts, hidden conditions, false urgency, unsupported claims or misleading prices.
Don't misuse TGC
Don't use TGC/LBB branding without permission or imply endorsement, certification or recommendation.
Don't harvest member information
No marketing databases, unsolicited bulk messages, unauthorised WhatsApp groups or sharing of member contact details.
TGC may take immediate action in cases involving:
Serious violations may result in immediate removal of content and termination of Promotional Membership without prior warning where immediate action is reasonably necessary. No refund will be provided where membership is terminated for a serious or prohibited violation.
WHEN IN DOUBT, DON'T POST IT.
If your promotion could reasonably offend, discriminate against, mislead, threaten or harm members of the community, TGC may decline or remove it.

- Fee Rs 499/month Promotional Offer (regular Rs 999) plus GST where legally applicable; one-month term from activation, paid in advance.
- Post only in your authorised group, on Wednesdays (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) & Sundays (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), one post per permitted day.
- Only the exact approved version may be posted; revisions need re-approval.
- Approval is not endorsement, certification or a guarantee of business.
- Member data must not be scraped, shared, sold or bulk-messaged without clear consent.
- 7 days' written notice to end; serious violations allow immediate termination without refund, where TGC considers immediate action necessary.
